Reading long texts on the Internet can be a pain. For me, the problem is twofold: distraction and legibility. I can zap the ads and images with AdBlock, but if I’m reading a longer article, sometimes I’d like it to seem more like a book or newspaper.
Enter Readability (props to my brother for introducing me to it). Readability is a bookmarklet that you place in your browser’s bookmark bar. Before dragging it up there, you can select how you want text to appear (novel style, ebook, newspaper, or terminal) and then choose the size. When you get to a website you want to convert, just click the bookmarklet. And bam! The text is transformed.
